Kalau anda semua paham akan tajuk post kali ini, sudah tentu anda mengerti bahawa account eBay aku telah di suspend dari melakukan transaksi pembelian dan penjualan. Untuk berapa lama, itu aku kurang pasti. Tak semena-mena aku dikatakan melanggar policy eBay. Lihat gambar di bawah.

***About the eBay Seller Non-Performance Policy***
Sellers need to conduct their business in a way that keeps buyer satisfaction consistently high. If a seller’s behavior results in high levels of buyer dissatisfaction, this violates the Seller Non-Performance policy. To review the requirements, please go to:

Your buying and selling activities will be restricted for at least 30 days, and any current listings will be removed. You’ll still be able to finish outstanding transactions, resolve issues with your buyers, and access email in My Messages. However, you won’t be able to make any new purchases or list any items.

Any seller fees that are still owed are due to eBay immediately. eBay will charge any amounts that you have not previously disputed to the billing method that is currently on file.

***Removing Account Restrictions***
For us to consider removing restrictions from your account, you’ll need to complete all open transactions and settle any open issues with your buyers. This does not guarantee that your account will be reinstated, but it is the first step in the process.

We’ll review your account after a minimum of 30 days. If the level of buyer satisfaction hasn’t improved significantly, we may need to take additional action, which could include account suspension.

Setelah aku teliti dashboard Selling Manager aku, tak ada pula item dispute ataupun pending transaction. Cumanya beberapa minggu lepas aku mendapat dua negative feedback berturut-turut. Adakah negative feedback tersebut yang menyebabkannya. Aku rasa bukan? Tak pasti.

Semua item-item aku di dalam store habis di remove. Kosong store aku sekarang. Dulu Paypal aku kena suspend, sekarang eBay pulak. Mungkin 30 hari atau mungkin 6 bulan. Apa pun, life goes on.
